Quito / Galapagos

Meet at Quito airport and fly to the Galápagos Islands. Upon arrival in San Cristóbal, one of the archipelago's most biodiverse islands, a private transfer will take you to your hotel. In the afternoon, visit the Interpretation Center to learn about the islands' history, nature, and ecology.

Afterwards, enjoy the beautiful Mann Beach, where you can swim alongside playful sea lions. In the evening, soak up the atmosphere of the Galápagos. Overnight in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno.

Galapagos / San Cristóbal Highlands

Explore the community of El Progreso and the El Junco crater lagoon with your naturalist guide. It's the only freshwater lagoon in the archipelago and a place where frigatebirds often wash their wings to remove excess salt.

Afterward, visit Cerro Colorado and its giant tortoise breeding center. End the day at Puerto Chino, one of the archipelago's most beautiful beaches, where you can observe marine iguanas, Galapagos crabs, blue-footed boobies, lava lizards, and sea lions. Overnight in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno.

Galapagos / Trails and coasts

Start your day with a hike up Cerro Tijeretas, where Charles Darwin first landed from the Beagle. During the hike, you'll have the opportunity to see numerous Galápagos finches and enjoy spectacular views from the summit.

During the descent, you'll have the option to visit Darwin Bay, a small, protected cove and one of the best spots for snorkeling from the shore. It's common to see sea lions, green turtles, marine iguanas, tropical fish, and occasionally rays and reef sharks.

Enjoy a refreshing swim at Playa Carola and then visit La Lobería, a haven for sea lions and marine iguanas and a popular surfing spot. Overnight in Puerto Baquerizo Moreno.
